UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Hello, hello! I am =Circe-Baka 
and I am the new Administrator to the Walter-FanClub! This club will no longer be dead 
I am a large fan of Hellsing and Walter C. Dornez, and I will try to run a respectible, enjoyable club.At this time, I will be recruiting members, and seeing if all the old members are interested in being active members.
